Samsung devices have a special setting called Force GPU rendering. Open your phone’s settings and navigate to Developer Options. Scroll down to find Force GPU rendering and toggle it on.

A factory restore resets your device to its original state. This means that you’ll lose all data on your device, including apps, contacts, messages, etc. However, it’s worth doing if you’ve tried every other option.

A Short-Term Solution for Screen Flickering
If you notice that your phone is flicking on and off, there are several short-term solutions that may work for you. You can try using an external monitor, such as a projector, to display your phone’s screen on a larger surface. Or, you can use an application called Display Fusion to mirror your phone’s screen onto your computer.
Display Fusion works by detecting your phone’s orientation and automatically rotating the mirrored image accordingly. While this method does not prevent your phone from flickering, it can at least give you access to your apps without worrying about your phone’s screen being turned off.
You can also use an app called PhoneViewer to mirror your phone’s contents onto your computer. However, this app requires root access and is only available for rooted devices.
