How to wear the Oura ring?

How to clean the ring properly?
Thoroughly clean the Oura Ring with soap and warm water. Dry the Oura Ring by turning it upside down and laying it on a flat surface.
- Do not touch the Oura Ring with your fingers; use rubbing alcohol for spot cleaning only.
- Use a clean cloth, not tissue paper.
- Do not use any lotion or perfume.
If it does not find its Bluetooth connection, the ring shows an alert; unplug the call, wait for between 5 and 60 seconds, then re-plug the ring.
